to test a web site, I plan 1 web page at time
        1 menu option at time, 1 path thru the web site at 
        a time
        
        my test planning looks like this:
        
        0) start the Browser
        
        1) I write down the URL I need to start with
            -> driver.get call in my code
            
        2) I need to note what the User will do first?
            this turns into:
              driver.find... locate a spot on the page
              element.<action>  do something on the spot
